What this policy covers
This policy covers this public website and its demo request form only. It does not cover the Xonomy application, which each bank installs and runs on its own servers under its own agreements and policies.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit it, Netlify's servers process technical data that every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Netlify may process this data outside Jordan, including in the United States. See Netlify's own privacy policy for details.
The demo request form
When you submit the demo request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, bank or organisation, job title, work email, phone number if you give it, the modules you are interested in and your message.
Form submissions are collected and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf and may be forwarded to us by email. We use them only to respond to your request and to arrange and follow up a demo. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
We keep form submissions for [To be confirmed] and then delete them, unless we are in an ongoing conversation with you or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or other content.
If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
